We have been extremely satisfied with Available Plumbing. We just moved to a new home and needed to install a sump pump battery back-up to make sure that our finished basement would not suffer flooding damage. Randy was able to come and install it and finished in record time. A couple weeks later, on a Sunday, our original sump pump was giving us trouble and we were very nervous of the leak so we called the 24 hour hotline expecting to leave a message for someone to get back to us on Monday morning. However, not only did someone pick up the phone on Sunday but Randy Aiken was able to come over and look at the problem within an hour! We were very happy to have peace of mind that we would not wake up to a mess on Monday morning. Thanks to Available Plumbing for not only being available but very reliable as well.

As a customer, I know that you came to my home in the evening when I was in trouble. You analyzed my situation, made recommendations, and successfuly fixed my plumbing problems.
